Reindex Full-Text Search

Reindex Full-Text Search Count makes indexing very slow. Is it related to JVM heap size?
2,000 Count after Count reaches 60,000 is established for 2 days
JVM heap size is currently 4GB圖片 15

Is reindex process stuck? The time for completing this action depends on amount of portal data.
By the way, if you have commercial license, it’s better to contact us via Zendesk for prompt replies.

I have the same problem, is there any way to place the only office in a maintenance way?

Sorry for the late reply.
What do you mean by ‘maintenance way’? As for the situation in general, we have to take a closer look at it. Please let us know Workspace component versions (Community server, Control Panel, etc.), point us to instllation guide which you used for deployment, reproduce the situation and make a screenshot of an error and provide us with with whole Community server logs folder. it’s located here:
docker - /app/onlyoffice/CommunityServer/logs/
packages - /var/log/onlyoffice/
Windows - \Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\CommunityServer\Logs

The problem resolve whith more space on linux ubuntu. After upgrade the disk to more space reindex works thanks!!!
