I’ve been experiencing an issue recently when using ONLYOFFICE for online editing. The initial loading time for each Chinese document is quite lengthy, often taking between 6 to 20 seconds to fully display. Is this normal? Can i speed up this loading process?

Does the situation occur on the second and subsequent openings of the same file? On the first file opening, the Document server downloads necessary fonts and scripts. This way, it’s expected behavior. However, the subsequent openings should run smoothly. Please clarify if the situation occurs on each opening with the same file. If so, please provide us with a test file, we will take a look at it.
