Hello everyone, I’m asking for your help, as I’ve been solving this for an abnormally long time. I have a problem with onlyoffice workspace on my own host. The OO instance runs on Docker and the installation was done via docker-compose.
Problem with creating and editing existing documents via the portal and via the OO editor connection

Please provide us with details about the situation:
A. Server OS
B. Point us to the guide that you used for the Workspace installation. Additionally go to the host and run docker ps
command > show us the result.
C. Please provide us with detailed issue scenario. If it’s possible, record a video file.
D. Once the issue is reproduced, please collect entire Document server logs folder. It’s located here:
/app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
