Problem with circular references in XLSX-Documents

Hello to everyone. I run onlyoffice from the official hub in my docker-environment. Since version 8.2 files are being checked for circular references. In some cases this prevents files from being opened as it creates an error during opening.
This happens to most of my files. I use a formula, MATCH function + INDIRECT, to locate rows with specific values. This is somehow recognized as an circular reference.
MS Office Excel doesn’t see any issues here, same goes for onlyoffice versions prior to v8.2. Also for myself, this is not a circular reference.

Deleting a cell with such a function crashes the editor.
Onlyoffice does not warn or prevent users from creating circular references.

I have created an working example, but are not allowed to upload anything.
Nextcloud support was not interested to investigate.

Thanks.

[Edit] Since I am able to upload stuff now, here the example. Created with 8.1.3 (no issue)

Hello @bermuda

Thank you for the file. We are checking out this situation, I will keep you posted about the results.

We have registered a bug on this issue. Thanks for the report.

Hi, I found the same thing. Prior 8.2 the sheet was fine, now Onlyoffice find always a circular reference. I checked it via Google docs, there all is fine.
Can we have a little bit more information when the bug will be fixed?

Have the same issue with CONCATENATE formulas.

Hello @Peronia and @Meddde

I have no information on it, sadly.

Please feel free to start a new discussion on your particular issue as it may be different from what @bermuda has.

Hello everyone.
I tested the new release 8.2.1.1, but went back to 8.1.3. I will simply wait until this and other things will hopefully be fixed soon. So far version 8.1.3 has worked flawlessly for my own purposes.

My advice to anyone who is affected by this and doesn’t really need anything from the newest release, simply go back to the last stable release that worked for you and wait for the next update.

Cheers.

I have some good news. I was informed that the issue from this topic will be fixed in next hotfix version. I believe it might take few weeks for lads to finish this version.

Thanks. I’m looking forward to it. For now I will stay on version 8.1.3. Most of my files don’t open with the newer versions because of this (smaller files open after some time).
Luckily I have no issues with anything else, so it doesn’t really affect my work staying on 8.1.3.
