Hello. I need your help. I have a strange problem on OnlyOffice corporative portal. I can’t unblock user. Message tell’s me something like that:
"Adding new users will exceed the maximum number of portal participants allowed by the current tariff plan. "
I have another message on portal tell’s me that: “Your technical support and updates subscription has expired”. I know that it expired, I didn’t get updates and support in the future. But why I can’t add or unblock a user ? It tells me 0/50 , but I have 41 users total with blocked users.
