Do you want to: When several users simultaneously edit a table in pairs, it says: The file was corrupted when trying to save; Failed to get file to save.
Do not tell me where to dig?
Document Server version: 12.0.1142
Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe)

Hello @Kristofer
Please clarify what product you are using. It is Workspace, am I right? If so, please let us know versions of components (Document server, Community server, etc.)
Also, if it’s possible, please try to reproduce the issue and record a videofile.
unfortunately I can’t reproduce it, they rarely appear, we have 5 users working in the table at the same time, after that 4 log out remains alone and when he tries to log out he writes that: The file was corrupted when trying to save; Failed to get file to save
Now we have uploaded the file to Excel, resaved it and uploaded it to the server again, and see if the error appears
I thought maybe someone had already dealt with a similar problem, I just did not find it on the forum
Software is all fresh:
Control Panel - 3.1.401
Community Server - 12.0.1142
Document Server - 7.1.1.23
The only thing I noticed is that they open the table and go about their business and then just turn off the PC and the error appears, but I couldn’t reproduce it
Could you please wait until the issue reproduces again and provide us with Document server logs folder. It’s located here: Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\DocumentServer\Log

It’s a little bit strange scenario. I’m not sure if it can help in such case, but there’s workaround solution to move users from editing session.
You can set "sessionidle"
parameter in default.json of Document Server, which is responsible for closing sessions due to inactivity. It can be set by a text, for example: "sessionidle": "1d",
or "sessionidle": "1h",
. Default.json file can be found in C:\Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\config (or in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\DocumentServer\config). Please note that all services of Document Server must be restarted via Windows Services after you add changes to default.json.
NB! We recommend to prepare whole server backup before any server side actions.
thanks, I will try, as the error appears, I will throw off the log as requested
