Problem opening xlsx in Google Drive, via OnlyOffice

Good morning,

I logged into my Google Drive account via OnlyOffice through my web browser , and attempt to open an XLSX file from Google Drive. Unable to open it. It says “download failed” (see attachment)
What to do to solve the problem ?

browser version : Vivaldi Stable 5.6 (2867.62)

Please check the browser console for any errors while opening the document for editing and share it with us.

@Constantine Good morning,

I found the solution. as my file is in my cloud, saved in Google Sheets, I just have to download it in xlsx version on my computer. Then I transfer it to OnlyOffice and there I know how to open it successfully.
