Problem of backup of a file in the cloud?

I had a big problem with a file that didn’t keep the changes, although I saved it several times during the work period.

When I look at the version history there is a one-month gap between the 8/02 and the 11/03 while I worked throughout the month of February. Could you do something to find a corresponding version on your servers on February 28th.
