Problem choosing printer after PDF printing

os: windows 11
Onlyoffice desktop
My problem is that after printing to a PDF, it is impossible for me to print to my printer. The application always asks me to save to file.

Hey @Pascal :handshake:

Could you please provide a screen recording demonstrating the issue with printing?
I am unable to reproduce your scenario. :upside_down_face:

Hey @Nikolas

Thank you for the file screen recording! :handshake:
We are checking the situation.
I will let you know when I get something.

Wait, isn’t your printer (HP190204 (HP OfficeJet Pro 6970)) in the offline status?
Statut de l'imprimante : Hors connexion

whether the status is offline or online changes nothing. Same problem with my other PC (Windows 10 OS).

Does this issue only occur after printing the document to PDF? There are no issues with regular printing.

Additionally, we need to clarify the installation method. Did you use the .exe or .msi installation?

I use the .exe installation.

I am facing exactly the same problem in the same conditions.

Thank you for mentioning that. Once we have more information, I will notify you as well! :handshake:

For your information, I just uninstalled version 7.5 and installed version 7.4.1, and it is working now.
