Print: Printer not listed, only "Print to File"

  1. From Document, I type something (or open a .DOC file)
  2. I Go to Print (the printer icon at the top or CONTROL+P)
  3. On the Dialogue Box, it onlye shows “Print to File (PDF)” on the “Printer” Drop down selector.
  4. I’m running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and have the printer installed, it shows up on other apps (Firefox, Libreoffice) and I can print succesfully on those.

Document version: ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors version 6.4.2.6
Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe)
OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Browser version: Firefox

Hello @Morinoko
Could you please update your Desktop Editors to v.7.0 and check if the issue still persists. If so, please provide us with video file of the issue scenario.

Thank you, it works perfectly now!

It appears I installed it downloading the .deb file. I uninstalled, added the repository and installed again, now 7.0 The printer now appears in the list.
