I have downloaded the OnlyOffice Win10 desktop MSI, for evaluation.
I have learned that you provide connectors for PowerFolder.com. For PowerFolder I have an ordinary paid licence. I can open folders through a regular web browswer (FF).
So - why can’t I open the folders through OnlyOffice? I can connect and am logged in, but the folders don’t react on my attempt to open. I tried to open PowerFolder through what seems to be a browser interface within OnlyOffice.

Hello @LpB
Do I understand correctly that you are using Desktop Editors?
Can you provide more details on this setup?
Hello,
Thanks for the response. Yes, I am using the Win10 Desktop app, and am connecting through the ‘Connect to cloud’ command line. See linked images. (New user - not allowed to upload.) I am able to reach the PowerFolder cloud, but not to open the folders.

Thank you for the screenshots. Have you followed this guide to install and configure Document Server?

No, I am using the cloud service run by the PowerFolder company ‘dal33t GmbH’.
I’m afraid that you’ll need to install and connect Document Server to your instance of PowerFolder as per instruction I’ve mentioned in my previous reply. The logic is pretty simple: enabling editing of documents from web interface, i.e. from the browser, is required in the first place.
