We are test Onlyoffice (now Community Edition)
Software Nextcloud have setting Password policy and lifetime for link:
1) “Always ask for password” - share-link always have password
2) “Set default expiration date for shares” - share-link have limit lifetime
Are there the same settings in the Onlyoffice?

In Workspace you can set up a password and set expiration time for a link as per this documentation:

And users just will skip them, if my admin does not set these settings as mandatory.
I see, thanks. Unfortunately, there are no such policies available. It is up to user to utilize these options when sharing a link.
Very bad.
This reduce the security of the solution.
What I can do to include this request in the list of improvements?
