I believe we have to obtain additional details about your installation:

  1. OS server version.
  2. Please point me to the guide which you used for Document server installation. Also clarify DS version.
  3. Do I understand it right that you are trying to integrate Document server to your own self-written storage?
  4. Please reproduce the situation and record a video file. When the situation is reproduced, please provide us with whole DS logs folder. It’s located here:
    docker: /app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
    deb\rpm: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/
    Windows: Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\log
