Pdf with fields to fill pdf editor not recognize as form

I have a problem with a pdf file with fields to fill not created with onlyoffice.
The web pdf editor does not recognize it as a form.
I don’t know if it’s a bug or an editor limitation.
How does the editor decide whether a PDF is a form or not

Can you share the file for analysis? Also, please describe how do you open it, for instance, from the integrated test example, from any ready-to-go solutions or from your own application.

Attached is an example PDF.
When I open it in the online editor in fillForms mode
it is not recognized as a form and the form tab and submit button are not displayed.
The integration with onlyoffice is with own application

If you don’t mind, I will step into this thread as well.
Do I understand it right that you created the provided file in another editor? If you are going to use the forms filling feature, please try to re-create the file in our editor and double-check the result.
Alternatively, you can use ‘download as’'save as’ features to save the file after filling out.
