PDF reader crashes when changing the window from one screen to another.
Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 with gnome3 and Linux Mint 21.3 with cinnamon
ONLYOFFICE 8.1.1.27

Could you please clarify the product you’re using? You mentioned the category DocSpace…

  • Are you using the ONLYOFFICE DocSpace product with the ONLYOFFICE Docs 8.1.1.27 editor, or are you using the ONLYOFFICE Desktop app?

  • Additionally, how did you install the application? Was it through deb, snap, flatpak, or appimage?

  • Lastly, could you attach a short video demonstrating the issue you’re experiencing? This will help us better understand and troubleshoot the problem.

Yes, I’m using ONLYOFFICE Desktop app. It was installed with snap in Ubuntu and flatpak in Linux Mint. Same behavior.

I’ll try to record a video with the issue. It doesn’t happen every time.
