Password recovery from Portal hosted at onlyoffice.eu

Password reset emails are not coming from the portal

I haven’t used my portal at https://experts-edu.onlyoffice.eu for a long time, and now I can’t log in or reset my password. Password reset emails are not being delivered.

To rule out mail server configuration issues, I specifically changed my domain’s mail server to Cloudflare, but this didn’t help.

I am the administrator of the portal.
Please help me regain access to the portal and the files stored there.

What email address are you using for password resetting? Also, are there other admins on the portal that can change your password?
If the data related to your portal (email address) is a sensitive information, you can contact me via PM.

A. Do I understand it right that you’re using external mail service?
B. Are there other users on the portal? Could you please ask them to click ‘forgot password’ button on the authorization page? Will they receive a letter?

A. Yes, we are using an external mail service, and I have specifically moved it to Cloudflare to prevent any issues on my side.

B. I haven’t used the portal for a long time, and it will be difficult to find someone to test it at the moment.

Can you receive emails from other mail services in this mailbox? For example, from Gmail? Also, please specify your external mail service

Currently, I am using Cloudflare Mail Forwarding to minimize any potential issues with spam filters and ensure smooth email delivery.

Good point, thank you. I don’t quite remember since it was set up a long time ago, but I believe there should be a default service like notify.onlyoffice.com—though I might be mistaken.

Would you be able to simply reset the administrator password there?
