P.3 - Suggestion: navigation through the paraghraph menue

I’ve speed-ran my papers and while doing that noticed how my productivity could increase. This block is up to debate, I don’t know whether it’s technically possible to do some of those, but would be great to see these changes and I’d appreciate if you’d give me some thoughts on them:

That would be nice to be able to navigate thorough the paragraph parameters menu.

I know that now the vertical arrows are here to change parameters’ value and horizontal - to move the cursor for the right spot. For my situation, I don’t really make use of them, since in the requirements for my Uni basically all the indents and paragraph intervals are 0 except the left indent that should be 1.25 cm.
So if I create any list I have to click through the parameters to re-value them back to 0. In order to optimize that process, I want either of 3 things: to make arrows lead the navigation between parameters cells, and when you change between them - every time size number is highlighted, so you’d be able to reassign the value without the need to replace the courser to change some part of the value. You can also consider make navigation with

;'./

keys, since they do not impact the value of a parameter anyway (or smth different yet intuitive enough).

Also, you can consider the option to change default parameters of the list - whether as in the selected list (as with the text headings), or to assign and remember default values of the lists (indent parameters and interline internals) in order not to change them according with the same requirements over and over again

Hello @ohmin
It seems you can resolve the situation by changing default template for docx file. The logic of the ONLYOFFICE app is whenever you click ‘create new file’, the pre-made template is used for this action. Please refer to this thread to change default template, so any new files will be created with your custom parameters: How to change the system-font? - #8 by Constantine

If I misunderstood your request, please clarify it.

Partially my problem was solved, thank you! I’ve never actually tried to even look it up, now I know something more about the program

Now let’s focus on the second part of the suggestion, which is

Is there a folder to change default list parameters (indents look like this)?

If I was not the only one who asked about that and there are actually some numbers of people making suggestions and asking questions about changing default parameters, is there a chance you can analyze the idea of adding an ability to change all the defaults (including the list’s indents) parameters somewhere in the editor itself, rather then changing a template file in the corresponding folder? Like, adding a new tool tab, next to the “plugins” for example, where you could switch parameters of all the main elements, such as lists (both numerical and normal with “-”) and others.

So there would be a way to change default font and indents in the document by switching parameters in the editor itself, while, for example, under the hood a user will actually edit the “new.docx” file by replacing the old template with a new one after saving the parameters’ changes in a dedicated toolbar. I don’t know if that’s technically possible, but it’s more of a curiosity, as for an average user, in my opinion, more intuitive way to change defaults fast would be to switch something in the text editor itself, rather then changing default template file in Program files. From my personal experience, I couldn’t find anything alike in couple of minutes, so being in the rush, I’ve just excepted there was no such thing in the moment and got away with switching defaults all the time
