I created a document in my https://personal.onlyoffice.com/ cloud. I am also able to log in to this same account using the desktop app and edit the online document there as well. However when I share this document with a link there seems to be no option for another collaborator to open the document in their desktop app. Is this not yet implemented or am I missing something? I believe this is expected behaviour since user A has access to storage ( https://personal.onlyoffice.com/) where file is placed, but user B doesn’t.
In your scenario, your Desktop Editors is connected to your portal, but there’s no way to connect additional user since https://personal.onlyoffice.com/ is a one-user-solution.
For example, if you use Workspace, then you would able to add additional user to a portal. Then user B can connect its own Desktop editors to a portal and work with file through it.
