Open or load local file on onlyoffice container using APIs

I have a local file without an url , I want to load it into OnlyOffice container to be able to convert it after using an API not the UI .

Do I understand correctly that you are using Conversion API and POST requests?

yes I have a binary stream as an ouput of my application and I want to use the conversion API to convert it .

I’m afraid Conversion API only works with direct URLs to the file that is supposed to be converted.
