hi @ingvar42
Let’s clarify some information:

  1. Which guide did you use for installation OnlyOffice Workspace?
  2. After which actions did the issue start occurring?

Do you have the ability to provide the Community server logs?

Hi Nikolas.

Installed many years ago via manual installation. Upgraded during usage up to v.11 and then v.12

Last time installed minor update and noticed problem via journalctl -f

Unfortunately I do not see any Community server logs in /var/log/onlyoffice or /var/www/onlyoffice/Logs

@ingvar42
Could you please provide the entire /var/log/onlyoffice/ folder?

or the following specific files:

  • /var/log/onlyoffice/web.api.log
  • /var/log/onlyoffice/web.log
  • /var/log/onlyoffice/web.sql.log
  • /var/log/onlyoffice/FilesTrashCleaner.log

One time link: One time drop | Securely send files with a one-time link

There is no FilesTrashCleaner.log

Hi @ingvar42

Could you upload the logs to an external storage. Alternatively, send them privately if you prefer not to share the logs publicly.

Downloaded, thank you!

@ingvar42
We’ve reviewed the logs.

Based on everything, the recommendation is to update MariaDB. Version 10.1.48 is considered old.

Aim for a version like MySQL >= 5.7.

Ok. Will try.
