Onlyoffice workspace on server 2019 mail to workspace document save error

We have installed Workspace on server 2019, there is a issue we are facing that when we try to save a document from mail aggregator to workspace , it gives error “saving was unsuccessful”. This error is only faced on windows installation, works ok on linux. Pls provide resolution.

  1. Do you have two different portals installed on Linux and Windows?
  2. Please provide a screenshot of the error and a step-by-step sequence to reproduce it.
  3. Provide the versions of the OnlyOffice components (Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features).
  4. Could you please share a zip archive of the Community Server logs? The path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\CommunityServer\

Save to document server from mail works ok on linux setup but Windows setup is still giving the same issue.

reinstalled on new VM, now working ok on server 2019
