OnlyOffice - VM Crashing after docusign integration

Hi All,

Seem to be running into VM issues with onlyoffice but only ever since I integrated docusign and i dont know where to look in order to find my issue.

Randomly within 30 minutes of restarting the VM (often much sooner) the CPU usage will spike to 100 percent and basically make the VM unresponsive and the application stop working.

The VM itself has 8 cores and 16GB of ram. Idles around 10GB of ram and CPU usage is basically 1-5 percent until this happens

Can anyone point me in the right direction to figure out what is causing this? I pretty much have to force restart it to bring it back. I will note as well its not even when your using the docusign, it will crash if you do use it but it will also crash if its just sitting there like as soon as it does an API call it just goes into an uncontrollable frenzy

That aside, does anyone have any tips or ideas on where I can go to find what could be causing this problem like a log file or something?

Any examples of API calls that invokes such behavior?

Depending on your installation type, logs are located:

  • on Windows in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ascensio System SIA\CommunityServer\Log\;
  • on Linux in /var/log/onlyoffice/;
  • for Docker in /app/onlyoffice/communityserver/logs, if installed with script.

By the way, what is the installation type of Workspace? What is the OS of your VM?
