I have Univention = owncloud + onlyoffice version, it opens documents with administrator user, but not with unprivileged user or AD user.
can you help me, I’ve been searching and trying all day but I can’t make any progress

I believe we have to start with general information about your installation: versions of UCS, Document server, ownCloud, connector app.
Also if it’s possible please reproduce the issue and record a videofile.

thanks for your answer, I have already solved it, the problem came with the ssl certificates, install the self-signed certificate of onlyoffice on my pc, and now everything works normally.
