Do I understand it right that the issue with specified email box is reproducing constantly? Could you please run a test? Please try to use third-party mail client such as Thunderbird. Do the emails persist there?
Yes, a third-party client sees all the letters well, but only in the office it does not receive them

It seems that the situation is related to database and performed changes. Please clarify what changes you have made and in which tables\databases.
Additionally, is it possible to provide us with ssh access to the server? This way we will be able to check out the situation on the spot. If so, please contact me via PM.
