Onlyoffice is not available, why?

Hello. I deployed Document Server 7.2 on Centos.
OnlyOffice is integrated with Nextcloud.
When I open documents I get an error: ONLYOFFICE is not available. Please contact the administrator
Can you tell me where to look for problems? Is there already a solution to this problem?

Please provide us with some additional information:

  • version of Nextcloud;
  • version of Nextcloud connector app;
  • screenshots of console and network tabs in the browser’s console as it follows:
  1. open editor with this error;
  2. open browser’s console (F12);
  3. reload the page;
  4. make screenshots of console and network tabs of the console.
