Onlyoffice groups CE install how to go past configure mysql connection

Onlyoffice Groups CE
Win2K22 HyperV VM
Onlyoffice docs are installed and running on a separate win2k22 HyperV VM

I have all of the pre-req installed, but cannot get passed the configure mysql connection…
I have attempted the install twice on fresh Win2k22 installs.

No error. The installer will not go any further.

It’s a little bit strange since it should work ‘out-of-the-box’ on a clean server.
Could you please run a test? Please follow my steps:

  1. Download MySQL installer with this link: https://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQLInstaller/mysql-installer-community-8.0.21.0.msi
  2. In “Choosing a Setup Type” select “Custom” and click next.
  3. In “Select Products and Features” select only the “MySQL Server 8.0.21” option
  4. For all of the steps between “Select Products and Features” and “Accounts and Roles” steps - leave them as they are by default. At the “Accounts and Roles” step (see screenshot 2) enter the following password: “onlyoffice” , and click next.
  5. For all of the following steps - leave them as they are by default.
    After that please try to reinstall Groups and let us know the result.

Sorry for the late reply.
We double-checked information and found a match with known bug (internal number - 52591). The bug is related to Windows server 2022. We are going to fix it in the future release of Community server. The release is planned soon.
Meanwhile, please try to use other OS.

The software installed flawlessly using Win2K19. I am non to connect it to OnlyOffice Docs and setup SSL.
