Onlyoffice for windows server 2012 and web server (IIS)

I have windows server 2012 with website (IIS). I need the Onlyoffice server (community edition) to integrate with my web application and try to edit documents in the browser.

What packages and installers need to be downloaded in order to transfer them to our local computer and correctly install ONLYOFFICE Docs Community? Maybe there are some step-by-step instructions? Important note: The computer cannot connect to the Internet.

Unfortunately, we do not have instructions for offline installation.

I think it is better to get installer, run it to find the list of prerequisites that are required for Document Server installation first. After that search for specified version and transfer them to your offline server to proceed to Document Server installation.
