Onlyoffice Docs server with Odoo 17 Problems

Hi,
I’ve installed Odoo 17 community in one server. I’ve installed OnlyofficeDocs Community in other server. When i access to test, it’s ok, displays demos, etc.
In Odoo, i’ve installed Onlyoffice conector and Onlyoffice Templates.
In Configuration, i have values:
Document Server URL: Docs server IP
Document Editing Service: Docs server IP
Document Server JWT Secret: secret in json file of the example server

When in Odoo, i upload a template and go to edit to insert fields, i get this error:
The field could not be inserted. Please check the Automation API.

(in spanish No se ha podido insertar el campo. Por favor, compruebe la API de automatización.)

  • Is there a problem working with the demoserver or i’m not configuring something well?

Please pay attention to the note on the plugin page in Documentation tab:

Please note: You need to obtain a license for ONLYOFFICE Docs with the included Automation API option.

Automation API is exclusively available in Developer Edition of Document Server as per following note:

Please note that the connector is available only for ONLYOFFICE Developer Edition.
This class is an additional feature which is available at extra cost. If you have any questions, please contact our sales team at sales@onlyoffice.com.

Then, the installation that i have actually is not valid. Can i install ONLYOFFICE Developer Edition in my own server and pay the API license or i need to use your cloud?

I’d recommend contacting Sales Team to discuss license-related questions, they will provide all necessary information about it. In general, you can install Developer Edition indeed.
