ONLYOFFICE Desktop editors crashes on lauch Mac Sequoia 15.2

Hi,

I downloaded the last version of the ONLYOFFICE Desktop editors for mac 8.2.2 (Apple Chip) and it crashes on opening.
I have an Apple M2 Pro using Sequoia 15.2.

I tried the the Intel Chip version as well as some older versions of ONLYOFFICE and the problem remains.

I have 2 available crash reports - 1 for the 7.5.1 version of ONLYOFFICE and 1 for the 8.2.2 version in case it helps.

Could someone please help me with this issue ?

Please share a link to the source from which you are downloading Desktop Editors. Also, please attach crash report for the version 8.2.2 for review.

Are you opening it from the dock or does it crash when opened from Applications?

Can you please share the contents of /Library/Fonts directory on your MacBook? Did you manually add any fonts to the device? Do you use any other apps that might utilize fonts?

Attached the list of all my fonts (I hope that it was what you asked for).

To answer your questions -
Yes, I added many many fonts (via the Font Book) and until now it had no impact on the other word processing apps I have.

The apps that utilize fonts are Pages, TextMaker, WPS Office, Libre Office, Affinity Publisher, Designer and Photo. For info, I never had a problem to open one of the mentioned apps.

In the report we see that the app terminates because of fonts. Is it possible to share an archive with all fonts from the same directory? This would allow us to identify the font that causes the issue and fix it.

If you mean a zip file containing all the fonts, I can not do it as I can not upload a zip file.

Could you please tell me how do to otherwise ?

There are 2 files, one for the System Fonts and one for the User Fonts.

Thank you very much for the provided information. Based on the analysis of it we were able to identify two major issues and fix them urgently. These fixes will be available in the upcoming update to version 8.3 of Desktop Editors. ETA for the release is about two weeks.
