I am using the OnlyOffice desktop edition. When I type any date, like 06-02-2025, it changes to 5/2/2025. I want to disable this feature. please help?

The date is formatted according to the regional settings and number format. This is expected behavior for spreadsheet documents.
If you want to change that behavior (technically, avoid it), then you need to simply specify number format as text for the necessary cells.
