Oform to pdf export: field sequence is unordered

Dear folks,

after saving an .oform file as PDF the sequence of fields to hop with TAB-key is not ordered any more.

It starts from top left to bottom right, but after a few fields the cursor position is hopping around.

In the .oform file the cursors goes from top left to buttom right all through the form, even multi page forms. I would like to see the same behaviour in PDF.

Any advice, which would really be appreciated?

I have tried to reproduce the issue but wasn’t able to do it. Could you share some more information on the issue:

  • What ONLYOFFICE app are you using?
  • What is the version of this app?
  • Can you share example files (.oform and .pdf) so we can check this scenario out? Or maybe record a video with demonstration of the issue?

thank you for your effort and time.

We use Onlyoffice 7.5.4 in Nextcloud 24.0.5.
Here you will find our files:

Try to fill out the pdf form with TAB key to go from input field to input field… You will get the picture :wink:

I am very sorry for the late reply.

Could you double check the version of ONLYOFFICE Docs? From the editors interface I can see version 7.2.1. If it so, then consider updating to the actual version 7.2.2.
As for the issue itself - we are checking the situation.

sorry, i was wrong regarding onlyoffice version. We had 7.2.1 and i just updated to 7.2.2. No change, same issue…

We have created bug report number 60528 in our internal bug tracker based on this case.
We are planning to release the fix of this issue in upcoming version 7.3 of our editors.

Hello folks,

the issue still exists. We use onlyoffice 7.5.1-23

The fields in oforms are in corect order. The same file exported to pdf make jumping form field to field with -key a game of fortune.

Any hints?
