Me and my team keep getting this error message when we are trying to open select documents. Everything was working fine and on Friday things started to break. Not sure how to fix this or what the issue is. Can somebody help us with this?

Do I understand it right that you are using Cloud version of Docspace portal?
If not, please point me to the installation guide that you used.
Could you please record a video file, while you are reproducing the situation? Additionally, please clarify if the issue affects some specific files or any files (new files creation included).
