I am trying to build my own custom plugin, yet when I added it to Onlyoffice, the entire plugin menu on the navbar disappeared, as seen on the picture below.
Docs server is running in Docker.

How exactly did you add the plugin to server? Please point me to the guide which you used.
Also please check the situation in different browsers\clean browser cookies. Will the issue persist?
Also please let us know your Document server version.
Sorry for late answer but I got it working, I think the issue was the buggy config.json file.
