is there a way to install Nextcloud and OnlyOffice on the same host, a Raspberry Pi with the OS Rasbian? Or is it necessary to install the document server of OnlyOffice on a second machine?

Unfortunately, we haven’t tested the installation of Document Server on Raspbian OS.
According to the Internet, Raspbian is an operating system based on Debian, so in theory you can install Document Server on it as long as your machine corresponds to minimal requirements.
