Nextcloud connector takes forever to open odt

Dear all,

I have been installing OO via those instructions: Installing ONLYOFFICE Docs for Debian, Ubuntu, and derivatives - ONLYOFFICE and enabled SSH via those: Switching ONLYOFFICE Docs to HTTPS protocol - ONLYOFFICE

The problem I had while installing, were some missing parameters in my config, namely: {{CA_CERTIFICATES_PATH}},{{ONLYOFFICE_HTTPS_HSTS_MAXAGE}}, {{SSL_DHPARAM_PATH}}
Is this a problem? I continued without them.

Integration in nextcloud works - I can (co-)edit docx files.
When I try to open an odt-file, the process of “opening” takes several minutes (>10min!).
I do see the x2t-process working at 100% on my machine.

What seems to be the problem here?

Is the situation related to all .odt files or specific ones? If it’s possible, please reproduce the situation > record a video file and provide us with test file.
Additionally, please let us know the exact version of Nextcloud (go to Administration settings > Overview) and provide us with whole Document server logs folder when the situation is reproduced. It’s located here: /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver/

thanks for replying.

It turns out, this was only a temporary problem. Maybe this server component had to get up and running on its first use?
Luckily I can now open ods and co without a hassle!
