A new problem has arisen for me, recently and without making changes within the server or any other, when trying to open a document that previously opened without any problem now I get the error: "the document could not be saved. Please check the connection settings or contact your administrator. When you click the “OK” button you will be prompted to download the document.
Additionally, a window appears with the following error: Download error. Click “OK” to return to the list of documents.
But I can’t edit any document from my nextcloud instance, I have checked the connection to my document server and everything is fine, it is accessible and within nextcloud no connection error appears
Checking a little more, I have a problem because the nextcloud onlyoffice module does not connect with the document server installation, in another installation that I have of nextcloud it connects well, how could I reset the connection or restart the module? since I deactivated and uninstalled the module, but when I reinstalled and reactivated it it remained the same.

Also, please get Document Servers’ logs. They are located in:

- C:\Program Files\ONLYOFFICE\DocumentServer\Log\ for Windows.
Here I send the files

Hello,
Sorry for the delayed response, it can be seen that for some reason your Nextcloud is not reachable for Document Server. First of all, please make sure that Nextcloud is reachable on your side
