I am quite missing the point of the query. Do you want to run a plugin A as a tab and then call another plugin B from the same tab of the plugin A? Any examples on how you’d like to use it?

yes, To run Plugin A as a tab, ensure that when I click the submenu triggers Plugin B from within the same tab of Plugin A.
