My service is not working

My service is not working and when I open a document or form in next cloud, it says “This file could not be saved. Please check the connection settings or contact your administrator. When you click the “OK” button, you will be prompted to download the document.” What is the reason for this? He can’t edit but only download.

Please go to the host and run docker ps. Please show us the result.
Also please let us know exact DS, Nextcloud, connector app versions.
Please reproduce the issue and send us whole Document server logs folder. It’s located here:
/app/onlyoffice/DocumentServer/logs/documentserver/
