Mouse wheel should work in drop-down lists of the whole UI

Currently, in the right side panel, the mouse wheel is not working in the drop-down list for choosing this picture property:

It would be great if it could work here and everywhere else in OO.

And I reckon it is something that should be the default behaviour everywhere

We agree that this is a great idea. We have added it to our internal tracksystem and we have started working on it.
