To disable the notifications about new users please follow Profile > Subscriptions > General > disable Events and notifications for the portal owner or administrator

Thanks for your answer, but my question is if there is any possibility that they integrate the deactivation of the welcome notification, because in the links that appear they are directed to the error page because they will not have permissions and it gives a bad image.

Unfortunately, you can’t deactivate welcome letters as they are non-manageable notifications. However we’ll consider your message a suggestion and forward it to the development department for further consideration.
