In the Cloud version, you have the option to create direct mail, which does not happen with the desktop version.
Example: Create a standard document intended for several people, which is in a spreadsheet.

Unfortunately, Mail Merge feature is not available in Desktop Editors.
Note : this option is available in the online version only.
This option is necessary to outperform competing systems and reach the largest number of users. It is planned to include this option in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors version in future versions
