Does it happen to certain message or to all of them?
To get better understanding please provide next information:

  • version of Workspace components;
  • type of installation of Workspace;
  • log files of Community Server located in /var/logs/onlyoffice/communityserver/ (same path in docker container);
  • screenshots of browser’s console Network and Console tabs.

To make those screenshots please follow next scenario:

  • open a message that displays this issue;
  • open browser’s console (F12 in Chrome/Firefox/Edge);
  • reload the page;
  • make screenshots of network and console tabs of browser’s console.

You can upload logs to your portal and share an external link. Send me link via PM if afraid that any sensitive data can be seen.
Also please reattach the screenshots with bigger resolution.

I have a small update on this case: the problem seems to be related to the corruption of files of mail.
We keep working on it, I will update this thread once there is something else to share.

Please provide some additional information:

  • are you using S3 as an external storage? if so please make a screenshot of Storage tab of Control Panel and share it with me;
  • did this issue appeared after certain actions with portal? was it update, storage reconnection, mail reconnection or else?;
  • please provide next config files:
    /var/www/onlyoffice/WebStudio/web.storage.config
    /etc/onlyoffice/communityserver/storage.json

You can send them via PM too.

We have created a bug report number 60206 based on this case. Unfortunately, right now mail aggregator cannot display messages with attachments from external storages.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
