Any idea why mail merge would stop working? We have a DOCX file which has mail merge fields configured. We upload a CSV or XLSX file to merge those fields. It usually works. Now it’s not working anymore. Same fields, same flow.

Please describe situation with details. If it’s possible, please reproduce the issue and make a videofile. Also please provide us with test files, so we are able to reproduce the situation on our side.

The document doesn’t recognize the fields, but it used to a few days ago. We haven’t changed anything.
It actually prints the PDF of the whole 13 spreadsheet records, but none of the merge fields is printed.

I posted earlier today on this issue. My results may be different than yours - a mailmerge works, but only once. Subsequent attempts to merge result in the mergefields not being populated. However, if I add another mergefield to the same document, that field will get populated - but only once. When the document is loaded again, the added field does not populate.
