Hi! I’ve Legion Tab 2025 Chinese version. It seems that I can’t log into onlyoffice cloud. Is there a way to fix it? I’ve enabled google services in settings and downloaded play market. So the app is from google market. When I try to log in the app says that the app can’t get access to onlyoffice cloud. Maybe I should download something to resolve it, because the Tab is from China?

You need to enter your Cloud Onlyoffice address, not the email
I know, that’s the point. I’m trying to login via my onlyoffice address. Still I get an error when I try. Login works on my other devices (PC, mobile phone). However, on my new tablet I cannot login (as you can see on my screenshot that I attached)
What address do you enter exactly?
I’ve tried to login via SirwOw@onlyoffice.com. Also I’ve tried to shorten cloud address and entered “SirwOw” without “@only…”. Moreover, I tried to login via my email address (sm*******@gmail.com). Obviously, it didn’t work out. So, I’ve tried everything, still, I can’t login.
I resolved my problem. It seems that now only office cloud can’t be entered with “@”. I’ve tried to put dot instead and I’ve entered the cloud.

The dot should be used, glad that the issue has been resolved, the prompt above is the prompt for domain address in particular rather than email address
