i have a Spreadsheet with the Data Validation Lists.
But i want to a list based on another column.
Like Column B is “Departments” and C is “Position in the Department”
Column B has a Lists with all Departments.
If “Department A” is selected i want the i have the Data Validation List for “Department A” like “List 1”.
If “Department B” is selected i want that “List 2” shows up to select.
Sorry for my Bad Englisch.
And we have 9 Departments.

I not quite following the idea. What kind of data “List 1” or “List 2” should represent? Where data for list in cell B2 with departments is stored?
From what I understand, you are trying to display specific list next to the selected department in cell B2. Can you share a sample sheet for better understand of the data structure?
They are stored in another Table.
List 1 is the List with own Objects and List 2 is with other Options.
It does not bring any clarity, sorry. Attach a file or share more screenshots. I believe this should be done with formulas and named ranges, but I cannot visualize data structure.
