Linux Mint - OO is freezing / crashing a lot

Hello

After 2 full days of use in class and no reboot but switch to sleep mode, I see a lot of issues happening.
OO freezes and has even crashed 5 times while doing nothing special and with only 1 or 2 files opened.
Here is what I get:

I don’t get what the OS says about the stack trace.
Here is the crash report that it generates but I’m not sure it contains useful information:

I would be glad to get some help about it

Hello @arcqus

We will analyze crash log and let you know if we require any further information from your side.
As always, thank you for the report and your interest.

By the way, is there any chance to install Desktop Editors via .deb package to see if the situation remains?

Done.
I’ll let you know if the app still crashes and I’ll try to send you the logs.

Thanks. By the way, is your laptop connected to the projector at the time of crashes? Are there any other devices in class that you can check for the same behavior?

yes

No, my personal computer is the only one running on linux.
Before when I was using windows, I did not have the issue.

Thanks. Do I understand correctly that it crashes only and only when connected to the projector?

Hello @Constantine
So far so good, no more crashes.
I assume the issue is not related to external screen/video projector but rather to the scaling parameter set to auto.
Since I switch to 100%, no more crash, as far as I understand.

No “big” crash with the app closing, but today I got something that I experienced only a few times during the 2 years on windows.
Out off around 10 files opened, the process for 2 was dead, with an OO screen telling me to close the tab & open again the file (did not took a screenshot this time).

Noted, this might be a valuable information.

If you face this situation again, please make a screenshot and start a new topic. Make sure to provide all possible details, just as you usually do. Thank you.
