Letter size is not saved when copying text to another program

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Write text in lowercase letters in a document.
  2. Highlight the text, right-click and select Paragraph advanced settings.
  3. Press Font - All caps - OK.
  4. Copy text to the buffer and paste it into another program, such as the address bar of a browser.

Result
Text is inserted without regard to the All caps flag.

Expected result
The pasted text looks the same as in the document.
