Last upgrade issues with dll files broke windows 10 installations

Hello,
I recently tried to upgrade de Desktop editor in my Windows 10 computer to version 7.1.0.215
however after the installation finished I started to receive several error messages about missing DLL files.

We know about this issue (internal bug number - 57188). We are already working on it. Probably the fix will be placed in the next version of Desktop Editors.
Meanwhile, there’s workaround solution. Please try to install necessary library with these links:
