Is there Add a keyboard shortcut that will activate the “Show Presenter View” option?
OR
Can we costumize shortcut keys and/or icons/tollbars?
e.g. - press Ctrl+Shift+F5 in order to start “Presenter View”

Unfortunately, there is no such shortcut that you are looking for, also, there is no way to add custom shortcuts
