Japanese input never works on spreadsheet. Broken on documents

I can’t type any Japanese characters in spreadsheet cells.

I can’t use conversion from Hiragana to Kanji. Only thing I can do with it is type Hiragana.

App version: 8.3.2 (1078)
SDK: 8.3.2.25
Converter: 2.5.565
Device model: iPhone 13 mini
iOS Version: 18.4.1
